Devoted Builders LLC is committed to “doing the right thing right” says Fred Giacci, founder.  Devoted Builders is a local company with local team members, many of whom are family.  They bring a total of over 50 years of experience to the company. In the past 25 years Fred has created many fine communities, the most recent being the Mediterranean Villas which was designed to give a carefree lifestyle for many happy town home owners.  Devoted Builders LLC was created with the goal of protecting the environment using efficient “Energy Star” rated construction methods. Currently, Devoted Builders is the only construction company in Southeast Washington to receive a 100% commitment rating from Energy Star indicating they are committed to building 100% of their homes to meet Energy Star performance guidelines. They have also achieved Gold Green Building Status, the highest status possible, according to the National Association of Homebuilders guidelines. Recently, Devoted Builders took the next step and became members of the Built Green program of King and Snohomish counties. Through this program, Devoted Builders can continue building homes that are high in value and low in environmental impact. The Devoted team takes pride in using quality materials and uses the most advanced construction techniques.  Their functional floor plans and architectural designs offer livable space in which to enjoy quality time.  They are also truly devoted to affordable pricing for the homeowner.

Each team member is committed to building homes, not houses.  They realize that each home is where someone special is going to live, dream, or just relax.  Fred was one of the first in the area to introduce the insulated concrete form construction for carefree community living, which is considered high quality custom construction.  This method of construction adds numerous benefits including less maintenance over the years as well as energy savings to the homeowner.  Other systems featured in the homes have been designed to meet the unique elements and to insure healthy, comfortable air quality as well.
